Anthony Blake "Skeeter" Hayes, 31, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Blake was born in Florence, SC, a son of Franklin M. and Debra Grier Hayes. He was a heavy machine operator for American Materials Co. in Gresham. He enjoyed collecting flashlights and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his parents, Frank and Debra Hayes; brothers, Daniel Trey (Dana) Hayes and Braxton Hayes; sister, Tina (Brandon) Cusack; nephew, Jamie Hayes.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Leon and Vera Grier; paternal grandmother, Annie Ruth Woodberry.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, April 1, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Devotion Cemetery, 800 S. Georgetown Hwy, Johnsonville, SC.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday, March 31, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
