Barbara Prosser Powell, 79, widow of Harry Francis Powell, Sr., passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 in a Crestview, FL hospital.
She was born in Camden, SC, a daughter of the late Chives and Ira Mae Brown Prosser. She was retired from Baxter's in Kingstree, SC and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Florene, SC.
Surviving is her son, Timothy (Christine) Powell; predeceased by a son, Harry Francis Powell, Jr.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, January 5, 2018 in the Brown Town Cemetery, 3110 Johnsonville, Highway, Lake City, SC 29560.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM Friday, January 5, 2018 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
