Bernice Creel Marlowe Saint, 94, widow of Boyd Marlowe and the Rev. James Saint, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Bernice was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late Ferney and Mary Miller Creel. She was a retired machine operator in the Wool Division of Wellman Industries and was a member of the New Life Ministries. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, doing and making crafts, but she loved the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Altman, Angie (Jeff) Hill, Elizabeth Ann Christmas, Eva Marie Saint, and Mary Kathleen Saint; sister, Virginia (Lonzo) Altman; 20 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-greatgrandchildren.

She predeceased by three sons, Phillip Marlowe, Dan Marlowe, and Gerald Marlowe; sister Gertie Altman; 3 grandsons.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Lake Chapel Cemetery, 860 Lake Chapel Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, October 18, 2021 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.

In lieu of flowers memorial Donations may be made in honor of Mrs. Bernice Saint to New Life Ministries, 510 Fairway Dr., Johnsonville, SC 29555.
