Bertha Medlin, 88, widow Lewis Medlin, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at her home.

Mrs. Bertha was born in Georgetown, SC, a daughter of the late George Brock and Addie Shelly Tindall She was a seamstress, of the Church of God Faith and enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables and fishing.

She is survived by two sons, Melvin (Jackie) McDaniel and Allen (Charlene) McDaniel;
a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by 3 daughters, Ann Barnhill, Earline McDaniel, and Yvonne Joye; 4 grandchildren, Kim Poston, Dwayne Barnhill, Aaron Barnhill, and Jamie Joye; great-grandchild, Hunter Joye; 2 brothers, George and Ronald Tindall; 2 sisters, Betty Sue Vereen and Effie Mae Bass.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday September 7, 2019 in Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Old Johnsonville Cemetery, 846 South Georgetown Hwy, Johnsonville, SC.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 7 PM Friday September 6, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Chapel, 416 N Main Street Hemingway, SC 29555.
