Ms. Betty Clendenin, 82, widow of Harvey George Clendenin, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Ms. Betty was born in Richmond, Virginia, a daughter of the late Henry and Virginia Shelton.  She enjoyed washing dishes, sitting on the porch, and spending time with family.

She is survived by daughters Sheila (James, Sr) Bratton and Juanita (James E. Starkey) Dennison; grandchildren Heather Ryan (Timothy) Patterson; James U Bratton, Jr., Jason C. Bratton, Ryan S. Dennison, and Raven W. Dennison; great-grandchildren Wesley T. Patterson, Hailey M. Patterson, Autumn Rain Patterson, Olivia S. Patterson, River Grace Patterson, and Willow Faith Patterson; and son-in-law Rodney Dennison.
