Betty Jo Springs, 75, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 in a Florence nursing center.
Miss Betty Jo was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Doward and Bessie Matthews Springs. She was a member of the Leo Church of God.
Surviving are her brothers, Dudley Springs and James Doward "Peanut" Springs; sisters, Lois Wagner and Lucille Springs Mauldin. She was predeceased by her brother William A. Springs and sister Aileen Hanna.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 in the Leo Church of God. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the Leo Church of God, 5124 Dewey Cox Road, Lake City, SC 29560.
