Hemingway, SC

Brenda Perry Cox, 69, wife of Carol Cox, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Brenda was born in Conway, SC, a daughter the late Charles M. "Clinton" Perry, Sr. and the late Berline Woodberry Perry. She was a member of the Hemingway Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed fishing, knitting, crocheting, and working in the church.

Surviving is her husband, Carol Cox; sisters, Sherry (Tom) Redmond and Joyce (Benny) Hatchell; brothers, Charles (Bernice) Perry, Jr. and Bryan (Katrina) Perry; 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchildren; 3 step children, 2 step grandsons, 1 step granddaughter and 2 step great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Micky Perry.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the Garden of Devotion Cemetery, 800 S. Georgetown Hwy., Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St. Hemingway, SC 29554.
