Catherine "Della" Huggins Cameron, 81, wife of Thomas A. "Shot" Cameron, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 in the McLeod Hospice House.

Mrs. Della was born in Lake City, SC, a daughter of the late William Wallie and Basil Leona McCutcheon Huggins. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church, a leader in the community and was best known for her work in Shot's Taxidermy. She enjoyed sewing, making flower arrangements, planning weddings, cutting grass, being the community doctor, caregiver and especially a Mother like no other.

Surviving is her husband of 48 years, Thomas A. "Shot" Cameron; children, Tony McDonald, Terry (Russell) Tucker, Tammy (Richard) Lee, Tina (Timmy) Cox, Lynn (Keith) Thompson, Will (Pam) Cameron, Jesse (Libby) Haselden; sisters, Sara Lawrence and Elaine Frye; 21 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, Franklin Huggins.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 15, 2018 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Eaddy-Ford Cemetery, 481 South Eaddy Ford Rd, Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
