Catherine "Kathleen" Carpenter, 70, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020, at a Conway hospital.

Kathleen was born in Fayetteville, NC, a daughter of the late James Dawson Carpenter and Ruby Ann Feagin Carpenter. She was a homemaker who enjoyed drawing and playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Kevin) Miller, Jeanette Brown, and Gaynell Ram; nephew, William Joye; grandchildren, Sarah Miller, Kevin Miller, Jr., Faith Ram, Ben Ram, Ashley Radford, Samantha Withrow, and Michael Strickrodt; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her three sisters.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at 10 AM at the Lake Chapel Cemetery, 860 Lake Chapel Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
