Charles N. Hanna, 66, husband of Debbie Gaster Hanna, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 in a Florence hospital.

Mr. Charles was born in Lake City, SC, a son of the late Edward L. "Amar" and Elizabeth Powell Hanna. He was a retired carpenter and worked for many years at Tupperware Mfg. Co. as a molding machine mechanic. He enjoyed playing golf and was on the Tupperware Golf Team. He liked hunting but really enjoyed fishing but his one true love was playing with his grandchildren.

Surviving is his wife of 34 years Debbie Gaster Hanna; son Ryan (Erin Wise) Hanna; step-daughter, Melanie (Tom) Manning; 5 grandchildren, Zaidee Gray, Reid, Ben Manning, Emily Pope, and Brooklyn Hanna; brother, Edward N. "Bo" (Ann) Hanna; sisters, Wanda (Wayne) Douglas, Connie (Cleveland) Filyaw, Gail (Mike) McCrea, and Bonnie Stone.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, April 29, 2018 in the Old Johnsonville Cemetery, 800 S. Georgetown hwy., Johnsonville, SC 29555, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29555.
