Charlie Bolden Aycock, III, husband of Joy Prickett Burton, passed away at his home on Sunday, February 25, 2024.

Mr. Charlie was born in Virginia.  After serving in the US Navy, Mr. Charlie worked as a land surveyor for the Department of Natural Resources. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Charlie is survived by a brother, Claxton Aycock.

Mr. Charlie was predeceased by his parents and one sister.

Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway is assisting the family with arrangements.
