Charline Raeburn Ard, 72, wife of Rev. Roger Ard, Sr., passed way Friday, July 19, 2019 in a Mullins hospital.

Mrs. Charline was born in Chicago, IL a daughter of the late George Williams and the late Elizabeth Jean Raeburn Williams. She was a member of the Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church and was involved in Prison Ministry.

Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Rev. Roger Ard, Sr; children, Dale (Susanne) Ard and Shanon Ard Phillips; grandchildren, Caleb Phillips, Brooke Ard, Dylan Ard, Ashley D. Randolph, and Avery Phillips; great-grandchild, Ariana Phillips; brothers and sisters, David, Bruce, Mike, Charlotte, Bonnie, Kate, and Mary Ellen; a number of nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Gregory McNeil.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 22, 2019 in the Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the church cemetery, 2380 S. Hwy. 41/51, Hemingway, SC 29554.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday, July 21, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
