Dana Lynn Marsh Owens, 58, wife of Jeff Owens, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at her home.

Dana was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late Samuel John and Linda Huggins Marsh. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, making crafts, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jeff Owens; children, Samuel "Sam" Gene Wise, Jennifer (James "Bee") Bessinger, and Blake Owens. Grandchildren, Landon Wise, Gabriel Bessinger, John Tanner III, James Bessinger Jr., and Jennifer Grace Bessinger.; sisters, Donna Timmons, Penny (Jimmy) Cantey, Darlene (Charlie) Rabon and Melissa (Johnny) Coolman; special aunt, Susan Lewis.

She was predeceased by a brother, Samuel Dale Marsh and a brother-in-law, Kevin Timmons.

Funeral services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, February 25, 2023 in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery, 11904 Pleasant Hill Dr., Hemingway, SC 29554.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center, 11904 Pleasant Hill Dr., Hemingway, SC 29554.
