Daniel "Dan" Ray Marlowe, 63, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Dan was born in Johnsonville, SC, a son of Bernice Creel Marlowe Saint and the late Boyd Marlowe. He was retired from Tupperware Mfg. and Lewis and Monroe Tree Service

Surviving are his wife, Alice Lumpkin Marlowe; mother, Bernice M. Saint; children, Danielle (Jeff) Barrineau, Skeeter Ray (Mindy) Marlowe, Terry (Ruthie) Marlowe, Teri (Dexter) Bryant, Mandee Marlowe, Daniel (Joselyn) Franks, and Jesse (Danielle) Rhames; brother, Gerald Marlowe; sisters, Carolyn Altman and Angie (Jeff) Hill; 21 grandchildren; predeceased brother, Phillip Marlowe.

Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Lake Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:30 PM until 4:30 PM Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
