Debra "Debbie" Vereen Collins, 63, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2019 at her home.

Ms. Debbie was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late William T. and Betty Sue Tindall Vereen. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, painting, and working with flowers.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Locklear and Cliff (Melissa) Collins; grandchildren, Carma (Lance) Matthews. Cortney Marlowe, Destiny Locklear, Ethan Locklear, Caroline Collins, Caley Collins, and Anika Norris; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul (Flora Jean) Vereen, Timmy Vereen, and Ricky Vereen; sisters, Cheryl (Mark) Powell and Tammy Cox; a number of nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Will Vereen; sister. Lois Ann Hughes.

Memorial services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Word of Life Church, 942 S. Clayfield Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
