Donald J. "Donnie" Cribb, 65, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Donnie was born December 22, 1953 in Hemingway, SC, the eldest son of the late Don and Clara Mae Cribb.

Donnie was well known in the community for his years of service as the Owner/Operator of Stone Gas and Tire and was recently retired from Metal Fab in Johnsonville. He was an active Deacon at Prospect Independent Methodist Church and a Past Master of Leo Lodge # 310. Donnie also loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Donna Stone Cribb; sons, Jamie (Becky) Cribb of Johnsonville, Vernon (Amy) Cribb of Johnsonville and Tyler Cribb Newport News,VA; grandchildren, Brice, Emily, and Hunter Cribb; siblings, Jean (Robin) Vaughn of Socastee, Craig (Sharon) Cribb of Scranton and Jackie (Jay) Poston of Johnsonville.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in the Prospect Independent Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the Old Johnsonville Cemetery, 846 S. Georgetown Hwy, Johnsonville, SC.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in the Prospect Independent Methodist Church, 2175 Lake City Hwy., Johnsonville, SC 29555.
