Dorothy Sue Guthrie Isgett,65, wife of Ivan L. Isgett, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in a Florence hospital.

Mrs. Isgett was born in Gadson, AL, a daughter of the late James Coolidge and Dorothy J. Guthrie. She was a retired medical secretary, a member of the Beulah Baptist Church, Hyman, SC and the WMU of the church. She was also a member of the Westside Ladies Bible Study.

Surviving are her husband, Ivan L. Isgett; brothers, Ralph Simpson, Jimmy Guthrie, and David Guthrie; sister, Sara Taone.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in the Beulah Baptist Church, Hyman, SC. Graveisde services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the Florence National Cemetery in Florence, SC, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in the Beulah Baptist Church, Hyman, SC.
