Elsie Atkinson Dean, 93, widow of Felton D. Dean, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, March 11, 2022 in the Agape House of Lexington.

Mrs. Elsie was born in Darlington, SC, a daughter of the late James Coyt and Rena Altman Atkinson. She was a graduate of Johnsonville High School and Emmanuel College of Georgia. She was a retired Manager of the First Citizens Bank of Columbia and was a charter member of the Temple Baptist Church of Columbia, a member of the Johnsonville Pentecostal Holiness Church, and attended the Life Springs Church in Lexington, SC.

She is survived by children, Earl Stanley (Brenda) Dean and Linda (Carl) Anderson; sister, Joyce Keisler; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Services will be private, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC.
