Ethel Woodberry Foxworth, 92, widow of Thomas Marion Foxworth, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in a Florence hospital.

Mrs. Ethel was born in Britton Neck, SC, a daughter of the late William Franklin and Beulah Poston Woodberry. She was retired from the Food Service Division of the Williamsburg County Public School System and was a member of the Huggins Chapel Southern Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking and doing word search puzzles.

She is survived by her children, Tommy (Debbie) Foxworth, Marie (John) Cantey, and Sandra (Mike) Rogers; sisters, Ruth Ann Stone and Earline Williams; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Carol E. Foxworth and Ann Lerch.
She was predeceased by two sons, Marion Ulmer Foxworth and James Leland Foxworth; grandson, Josh Rogers; 18 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 6, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1760 Pope Road, Hemingway, SC 29554.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554 and other times at the home of Mike and Sandra Rogers, 3006 Muddy Creek Road, Hemingway, SC 29554.
