Glen Leonard Elliott, 53, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at his home.

Glen was born in Georgetown, SC, a son of the late Bobby Leonard and Mary Ellen Harrell Elliott. He was the owner and operator of Elliott's Appliances in Hemingway and had worked as a pipe fitter for various mills in the area. He was a member of Good Hope United Methodist Church.

Glen was a man of many talents, especially fixing things, better known as a "Jack of All Trades" and he also enjoyed fishing,

He is survived by his son, Holden Leonard Elliott; grandson, Leo Leonard Elliott; siblings, Beth (Jack) Gregory, Hal Elliott, and Barbara Ellen "Doodle Bug" (Paul) Soard; nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Elliott, Preston, Grayson, and Mary-Ellen; special friends, Cindy Butts and Morgan Moore; a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 5, 2019 in the Elliott Family Cemetery, 323 Folly Grove Road, Hemingway, SC 29554.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the home, 323 Folly Grove Road, Hemingway, SC 29554.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tidelands Community Hospice, 2591 N. Frasier St., Georgetown, SC 29440.
