Jackie Poston Collins, 60, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in a Kingstree hospital.

Mrs. Jackie was born in Georgetown, SC, a daughter of Sarah Carol Baxley Poston, and the late Jessie Doris "Tinker" Poston. She was a seamstress and enjoyed going to the mountains.

She is survived by her daughter, Vanessa Bone; grandchildren, Christopher Bone and Sidney Bone; great-grandchildren, Jessie C. Bone and Canaan L. Bone; sister, Virginia Ellen Thompson; special nephews, Big Lonnie Thompson, Little Lonnie Thompson, and Dawson Thompson.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Jessie "Tiny Boy" Poston and George Lynn Poston.

Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, September 1, 2019 in Morris Funeral Chapel. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be in Prosser Cemetery, 3360 Big Swamp Road, Pamplico, SC.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM till 7 PM Saturday August 31, 2019 in the Morris Funeral Chapel, 416 N Main Street Hemingway, SC 29555.
