Manning, SC

James A. Bruce, 79, widower of Martha German Bruce, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020 in Florida.

Mr. James was born in Hemingway, SC, a son of the late James Clifton and Azilee Thompson Bruce. He was a retired equipment operator and was a member of the Promised Land Ministries. He enjoyed fishing but loved going to church.

He is survived by his children, Surbrinia (Steven) Baumgartner, Angie (Terry) Harper and Charles (Erica) Bruce; granddaughters, Brittany (April) Mooneyham, Jade Bruce, Maddison Bruce, and Mikayla West; great-grandchildren, Isiah Harrison, Valerie Bruce, and Lucas West; brothers, Larry Bruce and David (Darlene) Bruce; sisters, Esther (Joe) Libby and Cadiness Hutchinson.

He is predeceased by a granddaughter, Hannah Nelson Bruce who is now in Heaven with Pa Pa and Me Ma.
