James "Mike" Michael Marsh, 58, husband of Peggy H. Marsh, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at his home.

Mike was born in Hemingway, SC, a son of Jimmy Wayne Marsh and the late Myrtle Ann Poston Marsh. He attended Johnsonville High School, was a millwright and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, or just riding down to Allison Landing to look at the water.

Surviving is his wife, Peggy Haselden Marsh; father, Jimmy Wayne Marsh; son, Scott (Courtney) Marsh; grandchildren, Rylan Marsh, Hadley Marsh, Mason Marsh, and Ben Marsh; sisters, Mandy (Mike) Carriker and Angie (Stephen) Sightler; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ebb and Pat Freeman and Jason and Tammy Stewart; number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Kingsburg Baptist Church, 1730 Old River Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
