Frankie Poston, 71, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026. Born on October 8, 1954, in the Salem community of Pamplico, South Carolina, Frankie lived a life filled with love, faith, and cherished moments.

A proud graduate of Hanna Pamplico High School, Frankie carried the values and lessons he learned there throughout his life. He was an electrician by trade. He was a faithful member of the Word of Life Church as well as the men's fellowship. His deep Christian faith was central to his journey.

Frankie had a passion for life that was evident in the things he loved. He was an avid golfer who found joy on the greens and a devoted NASCAR fan, and a loyal Carolina Gamecock's fan. Frankie celebrated every victory with enthusiasm. Above all else, he treasured his family deeply and held a special place in his heart for his grandchildren.

Frankie is survived by his daughters Erin (Chase) Tyler, Jami (Charles) Foxworth, Carly (Elijah) Ward; grandchildren Chris Foxworth, Matt Foxworth, Spencer Tyler, Olivia Ward, Eli Ward, Georgia Ward; brothers David Poston, Jimmy (Wendy) Poston; Sister Barbra Jean (Jack) Nettles, Shelby Eaddy, Nancy Larrimore; many nieces and nephews; his special friend Linda Floyd; and brother-in-law Rev. Jerry Cox.

He is predeceased by his brothers Mayo Poston, Jr and Terry Poston; sister Betty Cox; Brother-in-law's Andy Eaddy Sr., and Harold Larrimore.

Frankie's memory will be forever cherished by those who knew him. May his legacy of love and devotion bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.

A celebration of life service will be held on March 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel.

A visitation will be on March 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel 416 N Main St. Hemingway SC, 29554

A burial directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway SC, will follow immediately after the services at the Salem Cemetery 3787 Old Salem Rd, Pamplico SC, 29583
