James Lamar "Red" Huggins, 50, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in a Florence hospital.

James was born in Kingstree, SC, a son of Joseph Lamar "Frankie" Huggins and the late Olla Mae Joye Huggins. He was a retired Plant Manager for Bostech, a member of the Willow Creek Baptist Church, and was an avid Clemson Tiger fan.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, taking care of his animals, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Lynn Robinson Huggins; children, Brandon Edmonds, Phillip Edmonds, Beau (Brianna) Huggins, and Samantha Nicole Huggins; brothers, Richard (Cindy) Huggins and Paul (Christina) Huggins; sister, Frances (Mike) Davies; grandchild, Brynley Edmonds.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, March 25, 2022 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Lake Chapel Cemetery, 860 Lake Chapel Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be in honor of Mr. James L. Huggins may be made to Morris Funeral, P.O. Box 158 Hemingway, SC 29554.
