Jason Garrick Evans Lewis, 41, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at MUSC Black River Medical Center after an illness.

Jason was born in Florence, SC a son of the late Byron Scott Lewis, Sr. and the late Sadie Louisa Evans Lewis. He attended Johnsonville Schools and was a die-hard Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan.

He is survived by his sister, Renee (Daniel) Floyd; aunt and uncle, Amy and Thomas Roberts; cousin, April (Joshua) Atkinson; nieces and nephews, Riley, Emilee, Dean, and Eleanor and close family friends, Linda Floyd and Travis Floyd.
