Jimmy Haselden, widower of Sybil Matthews Haselden, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 in a Charleston hospital.

Jimmy was born in Hemingway, SC, a son of the late Samuel Moses and Minnie Lee Parker Haselden. He was a retired warehouse clerk and attended the Family Worship Assembly.

He enjoyed cutting grass, working with his chickens, hunting, and fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his children, Jimmy (Amanda) Haselden, Jr., Michelle (Joey) Barefoot, and Wesley Haselden; brothers and sisters, Jack (Audrey) Haselden, Charles P. (Leesa) Haselden, Debbie (Johnny) Richardson, Roger Haselden, and Mary Parker; grandchildren, Sarah Haselden and Kayla Haselden and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three brothers, John J. Haselden, Alton Haselden, Gary Parker, and three sisters, Frances Haselden, Evelyn Rhames, and Linda Graham.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, September 19, 2022 in the Bethany Cemetery, 2880 S. St Hwy. 41/51, Hemingway, SC 29554.
