Karen Ann Williams Recendiz, 46, wife of Lazarito Mendieta Recendiz, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 in a Conway hospital.

Karen was born in Georgetown, SC, a daughter of Lois Matthews Williams and the late John Allen Williams. She was of the Church of God faith and loved to help people.

Surviving are her husband, Lazarito Mendieta Recendiz; sons, Ryan Allen Williams, Ramiro Jessie Williams, and Jose Cristian Rodriguez; sister, Renee Reddick Howard; 4 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Melissa Ann Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Hucksfield Cemetery, Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
