Keith Sanders McDonald, 66, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at his home.

Keith was born in Kingstree, SC, a son of the late Melvin Wheeler McDonald and Dora Lee Carter McDonald. A graduate of Hemingway High School, Keith greatly enjoyed driving trucks and worked for Buddy's Trucking. He was also an outdoorsman who spent his free time hunting, fishing, and camping.

Keith is survived by a son, Benjamin Lee Hicks; brothers, Erroll McDonald, Robert McDonald, Donnis McDonald, Melvin (Mary) McDonald, and Ed McDonald; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Frances.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 11 AM in Lake Chapel Cemetery, 860 Lake Chapel Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
