Kenney Jones, 60, husband of Karen Driggers Jones, passed away at his home on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

Mr. Kenney was born in Florence, SC, a son of the late Kenneth and Katherine Jones.  He worked in the electrical industry where he was a foreman for T&D Solutions.  During his spare time, Mr. Kenney enjoyed fishing and going out to eat.  He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Kenney is survived by sons Kasey (Vanessa) Jones and Kyle (Jessika Rukavina) Huggins; one daughter, Chasity (Matthew) Powell; one daughter-in-law, Whitney Jones; grandchildren, Kaydence Jones, Kashlynn Jones, Khloe Jones, Kaylee Jones, Lilian Jones, Levi Jones, Lilly Chapell, Tabbitha Powell, and Bubba Powell;  and two brothers, Kelly (Darlene) Jones, Kinsey (Susan) Jones.

Mr. Kenney was predeceased by a son, Pastor Kenny Jones, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the New Family Cemetery, 139 Pickens Road, Johnsonville, SC, 29555.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel located at 416 N Main Street, Hemingway, SC, 29554.
