Linda Eaddy Calcutt, 82, widow of Allard Winfred "Wimpy" Calcutt, Jr., passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 in a Florence nursing center.

Mrs. Linda was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late John Thomas Eaddy, Jr. and the late Dorothy Gaskins Venters. She was a retired LPN.  She was a long-time member of the Johnsonville First Baptist Church.

She enjoyed reading and listening to gospel music.  One of her greatest joys was taking care of her pets; however, she loved spending time with friends and family.

Mrs. Linda is survived by her children, Steve (Donna) Calcutt, Al (Wendy) Calcutt, and Sherrie (David) Gasque; grandchildren Sarah Kate Calcutt, Aimee (Sidney Little) Calcutt; Steven Calcutt; Ashlyn (Adam) Venters; Gavin Cribb, Wynn Calcutt, Lucas (Evelyn) Gunn, Andrew (Annie) Gunn, and Connor Gasque; great-grandchildren Malakai Calcutt-Little, Adalyn Venters, and Dakota Wilson; and a sister, Joyce Snider.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Linda was predeceased by a brother, Wayne Eaddy.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 3:00 pm in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery located at 1883 S. Pamplico Highway, Pamplico, SC, 29583.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Linda's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC, 20090-6011.
