Loyd Heith Payne passed away on January 12, 2024 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Mr. Loyd was born on September 12, 1976 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Sharon Bray Neighbors and Robert Neighbors.   He was employed at Tenaris.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Loyd is survived by a daughter, Jaycee Payne of Brooklyn, Arkansas; two brothers, Leon (Kim) Neighbors and Nathan Neighbors; a niece, Chelsey Neighbors and a nephew Leland Neighbors both of Johnsonville;  and many cousins, relatives, and friends.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lake Chapel Cemetery located at 860 Lake Chapel Road.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 23, 2024 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 North Main Street, Hemingway, SC  29554.
