Maria Angela Huerta-Vivanco, 22, passed away January 29,2024.

Maria Angela was born in Conway, SC a daughter Mary McDaniel Vivanco and the late Enrique Huerta. She graduated college with a CNA degree.

Maria had a beautiful young soul, was very kind hearted and she enjoyed being out in nature admiring what the world had offered her. She spent time drawing and painting beautiful art works that were created from her pure heart. She had a way of putting words on paper, writing poems, blog entries and she was currently writing a book. Any room that she entered was lit instantly with laughter, smiles, and love. Her beauty was breath taking.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Mary and Juan Hernandez; siblings, Luis (Zoie) Huerta-Vivanco, Elisa (Franklin) Huerta-Vivanco, Juan D. Hernandez, and Harold Huerta-Vivanco; maternal grandparents, Esther De La Cruz, David and Melinda Williams; paternal grandmother, Isidra Vivanco; maternal great-grandmother, Johnelle Jones; a special friend like a brother, Lee Helmer. She was blessed by a number of family friends and family members from the McDaniel family and the Huerta-Vivanco family as well as the Williams family.

She was predeceased by her father, Enrique Huerta; paternal grandfather, Jorge Huerta; maternal great-grandfather, Lewis Jones; great-grandmother, Faye Fox; paternal aunt, Augustina Punchero; great-great-uncle H… M. Marsh and great-great-grandmother, Hallie Marsh.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2024 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Hemingway, SC with burial in the Deep Creek Community Cemetery, 19761 Choppee Rd., Hemingway, SC 29554.

The family will receive family and friends from 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2024 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
