Marjorie McCormick Truluck, 76, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at her home.

Mrs. Marjorie was born in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Isaac Frank and Grace Lanelle "Nellie" Brown McCormick. She was a homemaker and a member of the Collins Creek Baptist Church in Socastee, SC. She enjoyed reading, antique shopping, playing bingo, cooking, but most of all she loved the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her children, Sheila (Wade) Harrell, Sharon (Anthony) Parrott, and Timothy Bach; grandchildren, Matt, Alex, Nikki, Chris, Jessica, Mason, and Kalyn; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank McCormick and Randy McCormick; sisters, Tina Wortham and Lisa (Leonard) Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews

She was predeceased by two brothers, Gerald McCormick and Carl McCormick and three sisters, Francis Truluck, Ann Gray, and Linda Haselden.

Private Memorial services will be held at a later date and Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway is assisting the family with local arrangements.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Staff of McLeod Hospice for the care they gave to Mrs. Marjorie and the family during her illness.
