Mary Sue Cochrane passed away on March 22, 2025, at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence, South Carolina.

Born on August 21, 1950, in Florence, Mary was the daughter of the late Buster Jackson and Katie Prosser Jackson Marlow.  She  lived a life marked by dedication and adventure.

Mary built a career setting up Target stores across the United States.  Her work also took her beyond U.S. borders, allowing her to travel internationally with Target. Through her career, she contributed to the growth of the retail industry while experiencing different cultures and places.

Mary is survived by brothers James Wesley Marlow, David Marlow, John Glenn Marlow, Larry Dean Marlow, and Trent Marlow and sisters Mary Ann Moore, Patricia Kay Hartfield, and Lynn Hendon.  She was predeceased by her father, Buster Jackson; her mother, Katie Prosser Jackson Marlow; and brothers Franklin Marlow, Kenneth Marlow, Keith Marlow, and Tracy Marlow.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Hickory Hill Free Will Baptist Church, located at 7234 Hickory Hill Road in Gresham, SC, 29546.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 (following visitation) at 3:00 p.m. at Hickory Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 7234 Hickory Hill Road, Gresham, SC, 29546.
