Hemingway, SC

Mary Louise Cribb, 81, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Woodrow and Lucille Haselden Cribb. She was a retired seamstress, having worked for both Johnsonville Manufacturing and Hemingway Apparel. She was a member of Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church,

enjoyed reading, playing solitary, working in her yard, swinging on the front porch, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Rodney) Grier, Ginger (Terrie) Cribb, and Angie (Ricky) McKenzie; brothers, Terris (Alice) Cribb and Ulmer "Shorty" (Sheila) Cribb; sister, Ruth (John) Lambert; grandchildren, Johnathan (Lauren) Driggers, Wayne Grier, Linda Ann (Joey) McKenzie, and Ashlee (Matthew) McKenzie; great-grandchildren, Bricen Driggers, Peyton Driggers, and Scarlett McKenzie.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Nadine Poston and Ellaree Collins; two brothers, Logan Cribb and James Allen Cribb.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 13, 2020 in the Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, November 12, 2020 in the Poplar Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 2380 S. State Hwy 41/51, Hemingway, SC 29554.
