Ned Livingston Huggins, 84, husband of Mary Dean Eaddy Huggins, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018 in a Lake City hospital.

Mr. Ned was born in Johnsonville, SC, a son of the late K. Nedo and Mary Etta Livingston Huggins. He was a retired farmer and received a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy from Clemson University. He was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Alpha Zeta Fraternity, NRA, and served in the US Air Force and Reserves. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving is his wife, Mary Dean E. Huggins; daughters, Cynthia (Terry) H. Poston, Laura H. Anderson, and Diane H. Prosser; granddaughters, Mari Alice Prosser and Audrey Anderson; brothers, William Elmer Huggins, and Kay N. Huggins; great-grandson, Tucker Garrett Anderson.
He was predeceased by a grandson, Travis Terry Poston; brothers, Hugh L. Huggins and Larry Bruce Huggins

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 1760 Pope Road, Hemingway, SC 29554.

In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Christian Child Care Center, 985 Gasters Road, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
