Norman Randall "Randy" Venters, 68, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in a Florence hospital.

Randy was born in Hemingway, SC, a son of Katherine Cox Venters and the late Norman Venters. He was retired from the US Army as a Sergeant First Class, a member of the Johnsonville First Baptist Church, E-Z Riders Motorcycle Club, and the William "Ed" Hill Memorial American Legion Post # 84 in Hemingway.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Karen Collins Venters; children, Andy Venters and Dreuh V. (Clint) Wilson; mother, Katherine C. Venters; sisters, Nell Harrell, Karen (Sherold) Owens, Teresa (Craig) Davis, and Melesa Bohanan.

Memorial services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday November 22, 2020 in the Johnsonville First Baptist Church.
