Oddie Mae Matthews McLean, 85, widow of Joe McLean, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 in a Conway nursing center.

Mrs. Oddie Mae was born in Pamplico, SC, a daughter of the late Harley P. and Mamie Hudson Matthews. She was the retired owner and operator of McLean's Superette, a member of the Nesmith Baptist Church, and she enjoyed fishing and gardening.

She is survived by her children, Glenn (Karen) McLean, Danny (Sharon) McLean, and Glenda (Jerry) Gardner; grandchildren, Joey (Becky) McLean, Josh (Maggie) McLean, and Kaleb (Catherine) McLean; 12 step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Tiffany Collins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in the Nesmith Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in the Nesmith Baptist Church, 2836 Nesmith Road, Nesmith, SC 29580.
