Pansy Marie Hanna Stone, 83, wife of Gerald D. Stone, passed away peacefully on August 4 ^th , 2021 at her home.

Pansy was born in Johnsonville, SC, daughter of Johnny Udell Hanna and Willa Snow Lambert Hanna. She was salutatorian for the class of 1954 at Johnsonville High School. She was a talented musician, an extraordinary cosmetologist, and a member of Westside Free Will Baptist Church.

She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, playing the piano, dancing and telling her kids what to do. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.

Pansy is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gerald Stone; her children, Penny (Karen) Stone from Seattle, WA. Craig (Deanna) Stone from Georgetown, SC. Maurya (Stephen) Smith from Scranton, SC. Dan (Amanda) Stone from Scranton, SC; Grandchildren, Calder & Graham Stone, Hayden Stone, Wade Langston (Chelsea), Hunner Smith. Great grandchildren: Daniel & Lilly Langston; sisters-in-law, Betty Hanna and Judy Hanna both from Johnsonville, SC. and friend, Kay Altman from Aynor, SC.

She was predeceased by two brothers Stanley and Gerald Hanna and a special friend, Wyina Mae Brown.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home, will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, August 7, 2021 in the Eaddy Ford Cemetery, 481 S. Eaddy Ford Rd., Johnsonville, SC 29555.

Mrs. Pansy will be available for viewing at the Morris Funeral Home, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC, Friday, August 6, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM and again Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
