Pastor Kenny (JR) Jones, Jr., 34, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 4, 2021.

JR was born in Florence, SC, a son of Kenny Jones, Sr. and Karen Driggers Jones. He was the Pastor of New Zion Community Church and was the owner and operator of All Jones Trucking.

He enjoyed fishing, playing video games, spending time with his family but most of all he loved serving God.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Whitney Barnhill Jones; daughters, Kaydence, Kashlynn, and Khloe; sister, Chasity (Matthew) Powell; brothers, Kyle (Amy) Huggins and Kasey (Vanessa) Jones; father and mother-in-law, Bobby (Melissa) Barnhill; brother-in-law, Colby Barnhill; grandparents-in-law, Harvey and Lynn Roberts; Angel and Jason Tilton, June Barnhill.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in the Jones Family Cemetery, 143 Pickens Rd., Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Cemetery
