Patricia Perry Prosser, 81, widow of Johnny Murdock Prosser, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center.

Born in Florence, SC, Mrs. Patricia was a daughter of the late Relee and Davyde Perry.  She was employed as a lab technician with Wellman Industries, Inc.  Mrs. Patricia was an avid reader who also loved spending time with her grand-dogs, Roxy, Sully, and Bonnie.

Mrs. Patricia is survived by daughters Karen Avant, Kim Foxworth, and Tara (Joe) Meglan; son, Shannon (Allana) Prosser; grandchildren Andrea, Drew, Ashton, Gracy, Abbi, Brady, Kirby, Jack, Gavin, Maleek, and Heather; two brothers, Linwood Perry and Morris (Margie) Perry; one sister, Tenzil (Duanne) Pope; and a brother-in-law, Clarence Blanton.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Patricia was predeceased by a daughter, Melissa Bostic; brothers David Lee Perry and Reggie Perry; a sister, Pamela Tanner; and a sister-in-law, Cheryl Blanton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Westside Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the Midway Cemetery located at Chair Road, Hemingway, SC, 29554.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Westside Free Will Baptist Church located at 539 Vox Highway, Johnsonville, SC, 29555.                 .

Memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Patricia's memory to Agape Care Group Hospice, 301 Rainbow Drive, Florence, SC, 20560.
