PAUL E. LOWRIMORE

Paul E. Lowrimore, 63, husband of Ellen Stone Lowrimore, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023 at his home.

Paul was born in Georgetown, SC, a son of Franklin and Sara Jane Lambert Lowrimore. He loved to talk and make people laugh at work where he worked with Georgetown hospital for 17 years serving as a senior maintenance coordinator. He worked 10 of those years at Hospice in Georgetown until 2017 and 11 years prior he worked at 3V where he did some exciting work and he liked dangerous work.

Paul lived a very outgoing life full of wild experiences and he loved to tell stories about all of his adventures. He always said a real man takes care of his family.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years who loved Paul dearly, Ellen Stone Lowrimore; children, Daniel (Dawn) Lowrimore and Ashley (Tony) Carter; step-daughter, Tanner Martin;; grandchildren, Aaron, Julia, Emmie and Aiden; parents, Franklin and Sara Lowrimore; brothers, Henry (Susan) Lowrimore, George (Cindy) Lowrimore, and Danny (Wendy) Lowrimore; sisters, Kathy (Robert) Sims and Donna (Barry) Pierce; lifelong friend, Enos Ward and several nieces and nephews he loved to pick on.

He was predeceased by a son Franklin "Boo" Lowrimore, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM Sunday, May 14, 2023inn the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Lake Chapel Cemetery, 860 Lake Chapel Rd., Johnsonville, SC 29555.

The family will receive friends from 3:30 PM until 5;00 PM Sunday, May 14, 2023 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
