Peggy Poston Hartfield, 85, widow of Archie Mayo Hartfield, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Peggy was born in Pamplico, SC, a daughter of the late Samuel Hugh and Bessie Lee Poston. She was a retired molding operator from the Hemingway Tupperware Plant and was a member of the Kingsburg Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling and doing word search puzzles.

Surviving are her daughters, Jo (Monroe) Dowdy and Kathy (Jeff) Ramage; son-in-law, Jimmy Todd; daughter-in-law, Pam Hartfield; stepsister, Lois Hartfield; 5 grandchildren, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Ann Hartfield Todd; son, Tommy Hartfield.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
