Peter "Pete" D. Gaskins, 56, passed away Monday, April 15, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Peter was born in Florence, SC, a son of the late Toby P. Gaskins and the late Olivia Beasley Gaskins Baker. He was a surgical technician having worked for both McLeod and Carolina Hospitals. He was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and he also enjoyed, camping, fishing, and woodworking.

He is survived by his sister, Lisa G. Harmon; nephews, Harvey "Billy" Harmon, Brian (April) Harmon, and Beau Harmon; niece, Tobi Harmon; great-nephew, Jace Harmon
He was predeceased by his step-father, Gordon Baker

Memorial graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, April 19, 2019 in the Gaskins Cemetery, Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC is assisting the family with the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaskins Cemetery Fund, 3923 Beaudock Lane, Pamplico, SC 29583
