Philip Westley Hanson, 71, widower of the late Jacqueline Whitney, passed away at his residence in Johnsonville, SC on Monday, August 26, 2024.

Mr. Philip was born in Bristol, Connecticut, a son of the late Malcolm and Claudette Chabot Hanson.  He was a long-time member of Christ Community Church in Collinsville, Connecticut.  Mr. Philip was a truck driver who enjoyed cars and old movies.

Mr. Philip is survived by his son, Jonathan Hanson; grandchildren, Liam, Lucas, and Lizabeth; daughter-in-law, Michelle Brown; and one sister.
