Rachel Onez Eaddy Hanna, 82, wife of Freddie Hanna, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 in a Columbia, SC hospital.

Mrs. Rachel was born in Prospect, SC, a daughter of the late Cullen L. and Essie Lorraine Barr Eaddy. She was retired from the Fiber Division of Wellman Industries as a Lab Technician and was a member of the Little Star Free Will Baptist Church.

She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, bowling, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Freddie Hanna; children, Dorinda (Chris) Hughes, Rhonda Housand, Bruce (Nancy) Powers, Brian Powers, Ann (Ricky) Ricard, Cindy Radford and Kathy (Grant) McGowan; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, April 10, 2023 in the Little Star Free Will Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from11:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Monday, April 10, 2023 at the Little Star Free Will Baptist Church, 2750 Lake City Hwy., Lake City, SC 29560.
