Robert James Baxley, 51, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Robert was born in Georgetown, SC, a son of the late Theodore and Ruth Marsh Baxley. He was a retired carpenter, a gamecock fan, and a jack of all trades.

Surviving is his daughter, Kimberly ((Brad) Kennedy; brothers, Jimmy (Evelyn) Baxley, David (Sandy) Newton, Jamie (Valerie) McCracken, and Benny Leiss; sister, Becky (Melissa) Rawls; special niece, Wendy (Jimmy) Poston; special friend, Lisa Collins.
He was predeceased by a sister, Mable Calcutt; nephew, Steve Calcutt and a niece, Tammy Calcutt.

Memorial services will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday, January 7, 2018 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, in Hemingway, SC.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:30 PM Sunday, January 7, 2018 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N. Main St., Hemingway, SC 29554.
