Russell Dean Thompson, 56, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2020, in Conway, SC.

Dean was born in Moncks Corner, SC, a son of the late Neil Edward Thompson, Sr. and Sarah Ellen Eaddy Thompson. He worked for Stone Septic Tank Services and enjoyed landscaping and being in the outdoors.

He is survived by his children, Jessica Scott and Jared (Abby) Scott; grandchildren, Carson Graham, Landen Scott, and Hunter Scott; sisters, Karen (Ralph) Poston, Charlene (Allen) McDaniel, and Myrna Feaster.

He was predeceased by a brother, Neil Thompson, Jr.

Graveside services, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, SC, will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Old Johnsonville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Old Johnsonville Cemetery, 846 South Georgetown Highway, Johnsonville, SC 29555.
