Ms. Sarah was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Carlyle and Earline Ray Tyler.
Surviving are her children, Jay (Brandy) Avant and Sheila Webb; grandchildren, Bridgett Avant, Spencer Avant, Taylor Thompson, and Haley Avant; great-grandchildren, Cameron Morris and Logan Young.
